Delivery charges are included in the price of goods. Some US addresses/regions may require additional delivery surcharges. Delivery to all locations is not guarantee, due to limited access restrictions. We cannot ship to international destinations, APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories.
Delivery time to residence:
Depending on location and quantity of ordered materials, delivery can be 2-10 days. Estimated delivery dates are provided when order is confirmed.
Status of delivery:
Checking status of your order by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org, Toll free: 1-855-967-1872. Provide order confirmation number and email address. Order status page: you can track your item(s) by tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
- Standard ground is the default shipping method with 2-5 days delivery by a small parcel carrier.
- Bulk delivery is made by a delivery truck, Freight carrier will contact you for delivery appointment.
- Our standard Bulk delivery service uses of LTL (Less than truckload) trailer a large 53' truck with lift-gate option. LTL freight trailers vary in dimensions based on environment: Standard trailers are: L 53’, City: L 45’/48’, and Residential: L 28’. W 100” x H 110'’.
It is your responsibility to tell us at the time of ordering if this truck is or may be too large for your access, notification of access included: tree lined street, single lane traffic, known weight restrictions, commercial traffic restrictions, gated community. Standard limited access** defined by freight companies, listed below.
Limited Access: Airports, or locations on airport property; Casinos; Camps, Carnivals, Fairs; Chautauqua’s, Churches, Mosques, Synagogues, Temples, Convents; Schools; Colleges, and Universities; Medical/Urgent care sites; Prisons/other correctional facilities; constructions sites; individual/mini storage units; Mine sites/Quarries; Golf course, Country Clubs; Nuclear power plants; Military bases/installations; Parks, Farms, Ranches; Court Houses; Daycare centers; Motels, Hotels, Resorts; Restaurants, Bars, Night Clubs; Cemeteries; Outdoor flea markets; Retirement/Nursing homes.
When my delivery arrives:
Delivery is made to curbside only and will be unloaded from the back of the vehicle using a Lift-gate (a platform that lowers down). The pallets are then rolled off the vehicle using a pallet jack; therefore, it is very important that the ground is level and hard surface such as asphalt or concrete curbside. Grass, compacted soil, steep incline, and gravel are not suitable areas for unloading and will prevent delivery.
Authorized person must be over the age of 18-year-old and must be present to sign for the delivery, customer supplied tarps are recommended to protect property. It is your responsibility to inspect all pallets/merchandise and sign-off delivery receipt.
Extreme caution will be taken when off-loading pallets, you should not interfere or operate any equipment when driver is off-loading the pallet(s).
Damaged merchandise / Discrepancies:
If you order arrives with damaged, please call our customer service toll free line at: 1-855-967-1872 so we may assist with a replacement or refund. If available provide photographs of damaged merchandise along with your order number and email to: email@example.com. If you are present at the time of delivery, refuse the broken or damaged items with the carrier and note the damage on the delivery receipt.
